The program is delivered remotely in collaboration with Simmons University School of Nursing, Massachusetts General Hospital, Kumudini Nursing College, and Ayat College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
The program officially commenced on November 3, 2025, and is delivered live Monday evenings (Boston time) and Tuesday mornings (Bangladesh time), enabling real-time participation across continents. This innovative format reflects DeyLight Foundation’s commitment to equitable access to high-quality healthcare education through global collaboration and technology-enabled learning. The 22-week program consists of 11 comprehensive modules, primarily taught by faculty from Simmons University School of Nursing, and is designed for nurse educators and academic leaders seeking to enhance curriculum design, teaching strategies, assessment methods, and leadership capacity within nursing education.

Through interactive lectures, workshops, and collaborative discussions, participants gain practical tools to strengthen nursing curricula, enhance student engagement, and lead educational innovation within their institutions.
